Our Services

CASA Design Architectural Services are a Leicester based practice we offer comprehensive range of services to project is delivered to a high specification with you in mind.

 From your initial contact with us we can arrange a consultation over the phone or arrange a site visit to discuss your proposals and project feasibility.   We will then provide you with a written quote detailing the our service, along with any other costs you may incur during the planning/construction stages. . 

After initial consultation and agreement of  Casa Design costs and terms we will undertake a measured survey of your existing building which will then be drawn up in CAD as the base of your proposals. We will discuss your proposals with you 

  Following the measured survey we will proceed to draw up basic plans & elevations of your proposals. These will then be sent to you for discussion and/or approval prior to progressing further.  Once you are happy with the proposed plans,  your proposals will then be submitted to the Local Authority for Planning Approval. This process generally takes 8 weeks 

  Once planning has been granted, the next step is to prepare the construction drawings which would be suitable to submit for building control approval.  We have a great working relationship with both Local Authority Building Control and Approved inspectors.  We would also ensure any agreements to build close or over a public sewer is in place, so not to cause delay.
